The Role
You will manage daily office operations and support our commercial delivery teams. This hands-on role links our site teams, clients, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate daily office administration and supplier compliance.
· Manage construction plant hire and material procurement logs.
· Process site timesheets and match subcontractor invoices.
· Maintain health and safety files alongside training registers.
· Greet office visitors and manage incoming digital correspondence.
What We Need
· Previous experience managing a busy office environment.
· Background in construction, engineering, or trades preferred.
· Strong proficiency in MS Office, Business Central and accounting software.
· Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to organise shifting priorities under deadlines
