Confero Recruitment Group is seeking a proactive FM Helpdesk Operator to join our Facilities Management team in Edinburgh. You will be the first point of contact for maintenance requests and ensure service levels are met with a focus on customer satisfaction.
You will log requests, allocate work to engineers, monitor progress, and maintain accurate CAFM records. This role supports PPM scheduling and requires clear communication and organisational skills.
