Service care Solutions are looking for a experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a supportive, well-established firm with an excellent reputation. You’ll provide secretarial and administrative support to a busy Conveyancing team, helping to ensure the smooth running of property transactions from start to finish.

• Providing comprehensive secretarial support to fee earners
• Preparing legal documents and correspondence Audio and copy typing
• Managing diaries and arranging appointments
• General administrative support to the Conveyancing department

• You Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Conveyancing is essential
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
• Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems

• Salary of £28,000–£32,000
• DOE
• Full-time or 4-day working week considered
• Majority office-based role
