The Opportunity
We are supporting our client in the appointment of a Legal Administrator to join their Commercial Property team.
This is a varied role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and delivers accurate organised and proactive support.
Working closely with legal professionals and internal colleagues the successful candidate will help maintain efficient operations and high standards of client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding processes including AML requirements letters of engagement and related communications
- Manage file administration and ensure documentation is maintained accurately and efficiently
- Produce high-quality formatted documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Assist with accurate client and project reporting
- Provide support with regular financial hygiene administration
- Assist with presentations and credentials to support business development activity
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements when required
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the Commercial Property team through proactive administrative support
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role ideally within a legal or professional services environment
- Understanding of commercial property transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications particularly Word and Excel
- A proactive motivated and collaborative approach to team working
- Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships across the business
