Job Title: HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
Shift: Various Shifts Available
Type: Permanent
Location: Waltham Cross
- Diagnose vehicle issues quickly and accurately using diagnostic tools.
- Maintain and repair vehicles and components independently.
- Carry out inspections such as MOT, tacho, and other required checks.
- Provide support and daily mentoring to less‑experienced technicians.
- Conduct final checks on completed work.
- Time-served HGV Technician or equivalent qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 preferred).
- Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills.
- Extensive experience in repairing and maintaining trucks, components, and associated vehicles.
- Familiarity with recent developments in the automotive industry.
- Valid driving licence.
- Individual responsibility with plenty of latitude.
