Senior Mechanic & Workshop Supervisor
A well-established garage in Oxfordshire is looking for a hands‑on Senior Mechanic & Workshop Supervisor. This is a chance to take the lead in a busy, modern workshop where quality and customer trust are everything.
What you’ll do:- Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices.
- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top‑quality workmanship.
- Support the owner in building a high‑performance, professional team.
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- MOT Tester qualification.
- 10+ years vehicle mechanics experience, including diagnostics.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience supervising or mentoring is a bonus.
