BCA Thurleigh is seeking an Automotive Cosmetic Supervisor to lead our busy bodyshop paint shop. You will work closely with bodyshop technicians on the workshop floor to ensure smooth daily operations, high‑quality output, and a motivated, high‑performing team.
The role requires at least 5 years hands‑on paint experience and a minimum of 3 years supervisory or team‑lead experience in a bodyshop. A full UK driving licence and strong MS Office skills are essential.
