Solus, an Aviva company, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to contribute to our insurer-owned repair network. You’ll assess vehicle damage, plan repairs, and set up work to ensure first-time quality, with authority to influence decisions across panels and production teams.
You’ll prepare repair methods and estimates using recognised estimating systems, identify hidden damage, and maintain safety, compliance and consistency.
