THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail oriented Health and Safety Administrator to join our team based in Orkney. This is a varied, administration-focused role offering responsibility, development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Health & Safety across all areas of our operations. You will provide both onsite and remote support, working closely with teams across the business to help maintain and continuously improve our integrated H&S systems and procedures.

The role can be adapted to suit the experience level of the successful candidate, with full training and ongoing support provided. There is also scope for the role to develop over time. Travel will be required, primarily within Orkney, with occasional travel to other areas of the business. SKILLS REQUIRED
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams and MS Forms
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
• Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities
• Comfortable embarking and disembarking vessels and visiting seawater sites in variable weather
• Full UK driving license. DESIRABLE
• Qualification in, or strong interest in, Health and Safety
• Knowledge or understanding of aquaculture
• Awareness of H&S legislation, ACOP, and relevant guidance
