Eden Scott is working with a client to recruit a Business Operations Change Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in the financial services sector to play a key role in supporting transformational change and process improvement across the business.

In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of key change initiatives and the analysis of business processes across multiple business areas. You will identify operational needs, analyse data, and recommend solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders across various jurisdictions, you will provide business insights, support change projects, and engage closely with day‑to‑day business support functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of major transformational and strategic change projects
  • Gather and document business requirements through engagement with stakeholders
  • Analyse existing processes and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Provide ongoing support to business operations and support functions
  • Apply strong analytical skills to understand and clearly document business requirements
  • Build strong working relationships across multiple business areas to support effective collaboration
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Follow Risk & Compliance procedures, including those relating to AML
  • Undertake additional duties as required by the business
Qualifications
  • Experience with in the financial services sector, ideally working with fund and/or corporate structures
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and deliver within tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and systems such as Viewpoint
