Meraki Talent’s leading institutional fund management client are looking to engage an experienced Transformation Analyst to focus on a business‑critical piece of work. You will be working on organisational level transformation that will make a genuine difference. Focusing on the central business operating model, this is not a technology role, this is a business focused role, centred on making the organisation itself more process efficient.

This is a ‘Business’ role and not a ‘Technology’ role, our client has stated they are looking for someone on the ‘Business’ side. Similarly, this is not a ‘Lead’, ‘Manager’ or ‘Senior’ role, this is a hands‑on, delivery focused engagement and will suit applicants looking for roles as such.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify optimisation opportunities through to implementation of change
  • Analyse and design processes across organisation
  • Enhancements and reconstruct existing structure, driving process efficiencies
  • Propose and design operating models
What you’ll bring:
  • A solid background in process analysis, process modelling and transformation is essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of Business Target Operating Models (Not technology!) is essential
  • Solid pedigree in process efficiency
  • Financial services experience is highly beneficial
  • Ability to be based in Edinburgh office 3 days each week
  • Our client offers the chance to join one of the most regarded fund management houses in the UK, based in Central Edinburgh. A fantastic chance of further extension, excellent work‑life balance, and access to technology

Apply now or reach out directly to Gordon Willmott for a confidential chat. Your next contract could start tomorrow.
