CRM Team Lead

Eden Scott is delighted to be supporting our financial services client with the recruitment of a CRM Team Lead for a maternity cover contract
. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM specialist to step into a pivotal leadership role, driving customer insights, data strategy, and system optimisation within a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

As CRM Team Lead, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day management and strategic development of the organisation’s CRM platform. You will lead a small, high‑performing team and ensure the CRM function continues to deliver outstanding data quality, actionable insight, and seamless system capability to support business growth.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, acting as the key point of contact for CRM performance, enhancements, governance, and integration projects.

• Lead, coach, and develop the CRM team to deliver an efficient and proactive service
• Maintain and enhance CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and best practice
• Act as the business lead for CRM projects, upgrades, and process improvements
• Translate business needs into CRM solutions that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency
• Produce meaningful reporting and insights to support decision‑making
• Ensure GDPR and data governance standards are upheld at all times
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT, and Product teams to drive CRM capability across the organisation

• Demonstrable experience in a CRM management or team lead role
• Solid understanding of CRM platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar)
• Strong data management and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Experience in the financial services sector (highly desirable)
