Job Description

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts in Northumberland & Scotland on Ormco's Spark Clear Aligners. Lead generation and establishing professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margins.

  • You will be the go-to person for Ormco’s Spark Aligners in your designated territory.
  • Lead generation and managing customer accounts to provide a consultative partnership on their aligner strategy and support growth for both the business and the customer.
  • Expansion of market share by acquiring new business prospects, providing detailed overview on features and benefits of Spark Aligners vs competitor brands, supporting implementation of Spark into the practice’s digital workflow, training all staff within the practice on clinical and commercial aspects of Spark, and implementing marketing support within the practices (marketing materials provided by Ormco).
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to achieve better results and to maximize customer experience.
  • When needed, support customers efficiently with a problem‑solving mindset to overcome obstacles and challenges.
  • Be willing to travel across territory.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative insights into the aligner market for your region, working with the Ormco Strategy in frequent overview meetings with your manager.
  • Ensure processes followed according to compliance.
  • Perform other responsibilities/duties that may be assigned.
Job Requirements

Ideal candidate has:

  • Experience:

    Not compulsory, but preferred to have 2+ years’ sales experience within the Med Tech sector or experience with clear aligners either in practice or industry.
  • Skills:

    Hunter, growth mindset, target conscious, coachable, proficient in Excel, preferred experience with Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Travel:
    In the field/territory. Applicant to be based in areas around Northumberland, Glasgow or Edinburgh.
