This is a detail‑oriented, data‑intensive role within a fast‑moving customer environment.

You’ll support the day‑to‑day running of operational reporting and invoicing workflows for a major US customer, helping ensure data accuracy, reporting quality and smooth operational delivery across multiple markets.

This role sits within our Chargeback team, a critical function supporting one of our largest US customers, with our product live across 46 states. The team manages detailed reporting and invoicing workflows, using a combination of third‑party systems, data validation and financial administration to ensure accuracy s includes completing daily and weekly chargeback reports by reviewing and validating brand mentions across customer orders, maintaining data quality across systems and producing weekly and monthly invoicing through Xero accounting software.
