• Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the client’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
• Actively manage the sales team, focusing on talent development, goal setting, coaching, monitoring performance and driving the team to exceed sales targets.
• Navigate the team to success selling packaging into the pharmaceutical sector.
• Communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation, internally and externally.
• Drive the sales process from planning to close.

• Strong business sense with proven ability to drive sales process.
• Dynamic, energetic and passionate about business development, able to bring fresh ideas to improve company turnover.
• Background in packaging with successful experience as a senior sales or business development manager.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
