We’re an established, commercially driven organisation operating across the UK, focused on delivering sustainable, customer-centric solutions. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support the acquisition and development of new business opportunities across a dynamic and competitive market.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Driving new business growth across your assigned territory through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Identifying, engaging and securing medium to large B2B customers
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Working closely with marketing and wider commercial teams to maximise lead generation
  • Accurately managing your pipeline, forecasts and CRM activity
  • Preparing high-quality proposals, tenders and commercial submissions
  • Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally targeting medium to high-value customers
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities
  • Highly self-motivated, organised and results-driven
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
