Workplace Relationship Manager – Permanent.

Location:

Edinburgh. Salary: £33,520 - £50,280 depending on experience. Closing date: 9 June 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with a designated panel of managed clients
  • Take a structured and proactive approach to employer management – governance & engagement
  • Own problem resolution for managed client servicing and administration
  • Reactive issue/complaint resolution including high quality, expedient resolution and root cause analysis
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across the business ensuring a joined up approach is taken at all times
Qualifications
  • Excellent client relationship management skills – working with large workplace clients
  • Proactive relationship management skills – identifying opportunities to support the employer in areas such as engagement or wellbeing
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Passion for service excellence and a sharp focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Competent with a wide range of Windows based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.) and comfortable with new technology
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet strict deadlines, whilst demonstrating accountability for individual and team workload
