Position: Account support

Are you ready to start your career in a fast-paced, dynamic commercial environment? As an Account Support, you’ll be part of a motivated team, gaining hands‑on experience in account management, sales administration, and customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to learn the ins and outs of commercial and sales operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Complete administrative duties within the commercial team to support overall account strategy
  • Process and distribute sales orders accurately and on time, ensuring all updates and amendments are logged
  • Investigate and resolve EDI errors
  • Book haulage/transport and manage pricing in JDE
  • Communicate confirmed prices to customers where applicable
  • Set up and amend SKUs in internal and external systems
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to maintain accurate forecasts
  • Support promotions, customer visits, product samples, and Brandbank listings
  • Maintain KPI trackers and assist with returns, rejections, shortages, and debit notes
  • Cover weekend order processing on a rota and provide holiday cover within the Account Support team
  • Work with the wider commercial team to improve processes and drive efficiencies
  • Assist with any additional tasks reasonably requested by your manager
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages particularly Excel
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Be able to work using your own initiative.
  • Organisation and planning skills.
  • Have a “can-do” proactive approach to work.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not essential as we will offer training and development.
