• Identify and qualify bid and tender opportunities.
• Coordinate inputs from various departments to produce compelling submissions.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Coordinate key account reviews, maintain account plans and provide administrative support for marketing projects.
• Ensure customer rates, pricing and SLAs are accurately administered and communicated.

• Previous experience in sales support, commercial administration or bid/tender coordination, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Clear written communication and stakeholder management abilities.

8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
