Position: Part-Time Payroll & Pensions Coordinator (6-Month)
Location: City of Edinburgh

The Scottish Council of Independent Schools is seeking a Payroll and Pensions Coordinator for Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools for a 6-month temporary position. This role offers 21.75 hours of work per week with a salary range of £23,305 to £25,381. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll and pensions knowledge to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Essential responsibilities include strengthening payroll operations, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with finance and HR teams. Experience in payroll coordination and data management is necessary, along with strong communication and organisational skills.
