The role is a Weekend Facilities Technician Supervisor that will oversee building maintenance and manage Janitorial Staff within city‑wide locations.

Salary: £30,188 – £34,452 (pro‑rata for part‑time)

Hours:

12 per week, 52 weeks per year.

• Post One – 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (48‑minute break)
• Post Two – 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm (48‑minute break)

• Manage a number of Janitorial Staff across allocated buildings.
• Audit facilities and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Apply problem‑solving skills to address operational issues.

• Proven Staff Supervision experience.
• Experience with IT equipment and software packages.
• Ability to work flexible weekend schedules.
• Driving licence required.
