Pitch Specialist

Pitch Specialist Belfast (Hybrid) Competitive Salary MCS are delighted to partner with a leading Law Firm. They are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Pitch Specialist to join their Belfast team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping win new business by producing compelling, client-focused proposals, presentations and tender documents for a globally recognised professional services environment.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional standards across written content, design and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality proposals, pitch presentations and credential statements aligned to brand and quality standards
* Support the strategy, drafting and completion of high value, multi-discipline bids and tender
* Collaborate with global BD, marketing and creative teams to deliver engaging client-focused materials
* Develop compelling value propositions and tailored messaging for clients and opportunities
* Edit, proofread and refine pitch documents and presentations to ensure exceptional quality and consistency
* Become a subject matter expert across key practice areas and pitch technology platforms
* Maintain and develop pitch tools, templates and best practice guides alongside the Pitch Support Team
* Support wider Business Development and Marketing teams with additional pitch-related outputs as required
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working to tight deadlines

Essential Criteria
* Proven experience within bids, proposals, pitches or business development, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment
* Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
* Strong project management and organisational abilities with experience handling competing priorities
* Excellent attention to detail and strong eye for design and presentation quality
* Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills including templates, master slides and complex formatting
* Professional, proactive and collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced global team environment
* Interest or knowledge within legal or professional services sectors would be advantageous
