More About The Team

We are looking to recruit a Lettings and Administration Administrator – Viewing Agent on an initial 3 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Lettings and Administration Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business.

Covering Edinburgh and Lothian, the working hours for this role are Tuesday to Thursday 9am – 5pm.

More About Your Role

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for conducting viewings to meet client and team performance targets. You will highlight key features of each property, answer applicant queries and provide feedback to the Lettings team following viewings. You will liaise closely with the Property Management Team to advise on any issues within the properties.

More About You Experience / Skills
  • Customer Service Experience
  • A driver's licence (the sites you will visit will not be accessible by public transport)
  • Previous experience in a property management / viewings role is desired though not essential
