We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Retirement Communications team and lead the way in delivering exceptional client service, strategic direction, and innovative communication solutions. • Lead the end‑to‑end service and relationship management for assigned clients, ensuring the highest quality of work and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement retirement communication strategies that align with business and client goals.
• Oversee project and campaign planning, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and strategic objectives.
• Provide consultancy and strategic direction to senior stakeholders through meetings, workshops, and calls.
• Support communication ROI through measurement, analytics, and insights.

• Experience in retirement communications or pensions, with a strong understanding of the industry.
• A proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, including board‑level executives.
• A collaborative approach to problem‑solving and a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, whether in writing or in person.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
• A passion for mentoring and developing team members to achieve their best.
