Spirit Energy is seeking a Training and Competency Advisor to manage the training framework across all operated assets in Barrow. This 2-year PAYE contract focuses on maintaining robust competence assurance and reporting for offshore and onshore locations.
You will lead the development of training standards, monitor KPI achievement, and coordinate with HR to support apprentices and third-party providers. A strong regulatory background and safety-critical training experience are essential.
