• Support transformation initiatives including process enhancement, operating model redesign, proposition design/launch, and client service delivery improvements
• Drive adoption of changes and projects impacting client-facing teams and client experience; manage transition of initiatives into BAU
• Lead working groups, manage RAID logs, create packs for Working Groups and Steer Co., and hold parties accountable for delivery
• Work collaboratively across CAO and other business functions to drive alignment between client-facing teams and corporate functions
• Communicate CAO roadmap to client-facing teams and showcase change initiatives; prepare teams for transitioning change into BAU
• Liaise closely with Business Change & Transformation department on projects in progress to ensure coordinated delivery
• Manage escalations to timely resolution
• Drive collaboration between client-facing teams and corporate functions to create strong client outcomes
Requirements
- Project Management – experience in delivering transformation initiatives in the financial services industry including process enhancement, operating models, proposition design/launch, and client service delivery and managing transition into BAU
- Business Process
- Ability to conduct comprehensive GAP analyses and impact assessments to identify improvement opportunities. Experience mapping current state and future state processes - Communication and Influence
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences - Personal Effectiveness
- Highly motivated, organised, and self-sufficient with strong ownership mentality - Nice-to-have:
