• Partner with the CEO and COO to drive strategic planning, quarterly objectives (Rocks) and cross-functional execution.
• Own the company's operating rhythm
  , leading planning sessions, leadership meetings, all-hands and continuous process improvements.
• Prepare and run executive meetings
  , ensuring agendas, materials, decisions and follow-up actions are effectively managed.
• Enable executive leadership by preparing briefing materials, tracking key business metrics and providing actionable insights for decision-making.
• Lead internal communications and business readiness
  , supporting company culture, stakeholder alignment and preparation for a future business sale.

• 5+ years' experience in consulting, strategy, business operations or a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• AI-native and commercially minded
  , using AI, data and financial insights to improve efficiency and drive business decisions.
• Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional outcomes.
• Highly organised and adaptable
  , creating effective processes while thriving in fast-changing environments.
• Excellent communicator with a bias for action
  , confident engaging senior stakeholders and delivering results proactively.
