At Slug & Lettuce on George Street, we’re looking for a General Manager who can take the energy of one of the city’s busiest locations and turn it into an unforgettable guest experience every single day. This is a chance to step into a high-profile role right in the heart of the New Town.

• Fully conversant with P&L / Budgets and forecasting
• Experience managing teams
• Delivery of Margins through stock control / management

Salary – Up to £50,000 p.a. plus bonuses.
