• We require proven business analysis experience, ideally in an automotive or structured project environment.
• We require excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• We require strong report writing skills and experience facilitating workshops or delivering presentations to senior managers.
• We require a logical and analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• We require strong problem‑solving skills to understand and interpret complex business issues and processes.
• We require experience working to time, cost, and quality objectives, with innovative and creative thinking.
• We require experience with waterfall project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2 or equivalent, as well as agile methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• We require experience using Jira and Confluence.
• We require experience with change management methodologies such as Six Sigma.
• We require experience applying analytical techniques including impact mapping, wireframes, user stories, business process modelling, data flow modelling, use cases, SWOT analysis, and cost‑benefit analysis.
• We require a Business Analysis accreditation such as ISEB Diploma, IIBA, or BCS.

• We conduct thorough analysis to identify data, business problems, and opportunities for improvement.
• We document, organise, and prioritise requirements to ensure clarity and understanding among stakeholders.
• We challenge business requirements to ensure solutions are viable and focused on delivering anticipated benefits.
• We define and evaluate business problems, eliciting requirements for change using effective data modelling and analysis techniques.
• We plan and deliver analysis outputs on time while maintaining quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• We validate technical solution designs and ensure alignment with business needs.
• We identify and assess solutions, track benefits, and conduct organisational readiness assessments as needed.

We are recruiting for Bentley Motors for a temporary Business Analyst role in the automotive industry. This is a 6-month temporary contract with a duration through to 18th December 2026, based in Crewe with 3 days in the office, and offered at a rate of £550 per day outside IR35.
