* What You Will Do:
*** Help execute risk assessments of customs trade compliance programs to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with in-region Business Divisions, Compliance teams, and Legal teams to provide strategic and operational support for global trade management at Caterpillar
* Support the development, implementation and maintenance of customs trade compliance policies and procedures
* Provide training on government laws, rules and regulations as they pertain to organizational products, services and technologies
* Proactively monitor, manage and mitigate risks through stakeholder engagement and assist with development and implementation of compliance strategies and goals in line with company's business objectives
* Effectively communicate insights, progress, and recommendations across the organization as needed
** What You Will Bring:**
* ** International Trade:
** Knowledge of the markets, issues, regulations, practices and operations of international trade; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately in diverse situations. + Expertise with trade compliance or a related field
* ** Relationship Management:
** Knowledge of relationship and stakeholder management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with various stakeholders, peers within LSPP and across Caterpillar
