Talent is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to hit the ground running on a rapid Discovery and Alpha phase within a critical government programme. This outcome-driven role bridges policy, user needs, and technical feasibility, unpicking complex problems and mapping key user journeys.
You will lead stakeholder engagement, establish governance and RAID risk plans, ensure privacy-by-default and GDPR compliance, and document architectures with the C4 model and ADRs.
