Recharge is hiring a Customer Success Manager (Tier
3) to support a growing segment of merchants who rely on our platform to power critical parts of their eCommerce subscription business. This role suits a CSM who moves quickly, digs into technical details, and translates opportunities into measurable outcomes.
You will own 50-70 growth-stage merchants and be responsible for retention, adoption, and long-term success.
