Remuneration: £74,424 per annum (during 6-month probation period)

£75,183 per annum (upon completion of successful probation)

Digital and innovation will be firmly connected to Hanover's strategy and delivering measurable impact.

• We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong track record indigital, transformation, innovation or technology-enabled change.
• You will bring strategic thinking, commercial awareness and strong programme leadership, alongside the ability to influence at Executive and Board level.
• Just as importantly, you will becurious, collaborative, empathetic and outcome focused. You will know that successful transformation is ultimately about people, not technology.
• Experience in housing, health and social care, local government or another purpose-led organisation would be advantageous, butwe are open to exceptional candidates who can bring relevant experience and fresh thinking from other sectors.
• A genuine passion for helping people.
• An ability to demonstrate our values of promoting inclusion, accountability, respect, and collaboration.
• An ability to work flexibly.
• An ability to treat people with empathy and recognise the rights of choice and independence.
