The Jolly Botanist is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team.

The Jolly Botanist brings people together over premium drinks with stylish surroundings where energy builds from day to night.

The Jolly Botanist is located in the city of Edinburgh, close to Haymarket railway station and prime office space. The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retails outlets and mixed housing.

The majority of the customer base is made up of professionals, commuters, tourists and residents.

Food currently makes up 20% of the pub’s total sales.

You can drive trade with well thought through great customer service, local community engagement and live sports.
