Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

An experienced Senior Business Analyst is required to support the continued delivery within the Land Register domain (LR).

• Knowledge of Scottish land registration processes
• Presenting and conversing on land registration concepts with domain experts
• Confident facilitating detailed collaborative workshops with customers and established cross-functional teams
• Collaborative mindset seeking advice and input from a wide array of stakeholders across the customer and internal ecosystem
• Working knowledge of Agile approaches in the design and delivery of digital services
• Ability to support the decision-making process through the effective synthesis of information from a wide array of sources
• Experience synthesising complex information into clear and compelling visual stories
• Experience mapping stakeholders, impact, processes, and land registration value streams
• Excellent collaboration, communication and teamwork skills
• Writing of user stories and formal acceptance criteria
