Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Cards domain knowledge to support a range of strategic and regulatory change initiatives within our Retail Banking function. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors to deliver enhancements across debit card, credit card, and payments products.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Cards-related projects.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Technology.
• Analyse current and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Produce high-quality business requirements, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including testing, implementation, and business readiness activities.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and card scheme standards.
