Location: City of Edinburgh
Lead Product Manager / Product Management Coach needed for an initial 6 month contract with our bluchip client in Edinburgh, though the role can also be based in Leeds, Halifax, Manchester, Chester, Birmingham or Bristol (onsite one location 2 days per week).
The right candidate must be a Product Management expert, someone who has extensive experienc in Product Management and in embedding Product Management in to Enterprise organistions, coaching multiple Senior level individuals in stronger product behaviours, customer-centricity and modern product methods that support Product Excellence as part of a product operating model transformation.
Our client is lookng for someone with demonstrable Product Management Coaching experience who has coahed at scale and can help move from a delivery focussed model to a more mature product Customer Value model. The successful candidate must be able to influence that change at a senior level, building trust and helping (as part of a team and with the help of Agile Leads) to guie the organistion on that journey.
The role requires 2 days per week onsite in your closest location from - Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax, Manchester, Chester, Birmingham, Bristol and candidates must engage via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company.
Key skills & experience required- Strong product management or product leadership experience, with evidence of building and scaling effective mature product practices.
- Experience advising or coaching teams on how to build great products, from customer problem discovery through to product strategy and execution.
- Strong understanding of agility, product-led ways of working and the relationship between product, technology and delivery.
- Exceptional coaching and facilitation skills
- Experience coaching, influencing all levels of product management from CPO through to Product Managers/ Owners.
