You’ll bring your genuine curiosity and analytical rigour to improve our ways of working, ultimately delivering better workplaces, better decisions and better outcomes. Alongside developing strong analytical expertise, you'll build the confidence to work with and influence a diverse range of stakeholders, translating complex insights into clear, compelling recommendations that drive action.

Over a two-year scheme you’ll rotate across a range of areas within People & Places – from data and experimentation to product design, strategy and people partnering. Expect to:

• Work on meaningful projects right from day one
• Build the practical skills to influence decisions and challenge thinking in evolving environments
• Put your learning into practice through a hands‑on approach across projects and rotations
• Add a unique blend of skills to your arsenal – including analytics, design, systems, stakeholder engagement and strategy
