PMO Analyst
Edinburgh Hybrid Working | Occasional Travel Required
£350/£425 (Inside IR35)
We are seeking an experienced PMO professional to support a large, complex programme involving multiple stakeholder organisations. The role will focus on governance, reporting, risk and issue management, change control, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate programme information and stakeholder communications.
- Review governance papers and identify risks, dependencies, impacts, and assurance issues.
- Escalate key risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies through appropriate governance routes.
- Support and maintain effective change control processes.
- Track and report on actions arising from boards, workshops, and assurance reviews.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and papers for senior stakeholders and governance boards.
- Ensure programme plans, reporting, and assurance activities accurately reflect cross-organisational activity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and ways of working.
Experience Required
- Previous PMO, Programme Office, or Project Support experience.
- Strong governance, risk, issue, action, and dependency management skills.
- Experience tracking and reporting programme delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and organisations.
- Strong organisational, communication, and reporting capabilities.
