Regional Agricultural Manager – North West England, Southern Scotland

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop important customer, AMC Agent and professional relationships within the region
• Meet customer and professional needs related to AMC business products within the region
• Manage a regional support team delivering day-to-day support operations, where applicable
• Work closely with non-employed AMC agents to grow lending performance
• Work with internal partners to provide Switcher business leads and HP & Leasing leads for Commercial Finance
• Support the team formal development framework with guidance from senior colleagues
• Informally coach others across the organisation in the area of expertise
• Develop and deliver a growth plan for the region
• Pursue and invest in personal development opportunities
• Attend hub locations occasionally, including offices in Andover

• Experienced finance and/or business professional with a highly developed local network
• A consistent track record in new business development
• Previous experience in credit applications completion
• A background working with intermediaries
• Strong preference for experience within the agricultural sector, either within a current professional role or through a direct farming background
• Significant willingness and ability to travel within the region
• Ability to work two days per week or 40% of time at an office or in face-to-face interactions with clients, agents and professionals

Demonstrates expertise in business development and relationship management within the finance sector, with a strong focus on agricultural industry knowledge and credit application processes. Capable of leading teams and coaching others while driving growth initiatives in the region.
