Full-Time | Hybrid We are recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support a multi-site property portfolio across offices, depots and logistics locations. This is a highly visible, field-based role where you'll spend the majority of your time working directly with operational teams, delivering safety clinics and ensuring compliance across a diverse estate.

Key Responsibilities Provide expert Health & Safety advice and guidance across a multi-site property portfolio Deliver regular Health & Safety clinics to managers and frontline employees across multiple locations Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety and environmental legislation Conduct property safety inspections, audits and compliance reviews Identify, escalate and support the resolution of safety-critical issues Review contractor RAMS, permits to work and competency documentation Support property maintenance, refurbishment and construction projects Provide guidance on CDM requirements and contractor management Lead and support accident and incident investigations Work closely with stakeholders to promote a positive and proactive safety culture Monitor contractor performance and compliance standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the estate About You NEBOSH General Certificate is essential NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate (or equivalent) is essential Proven experience managing Health & Safety compliance across a multi-site property or facilities environment Strong knowledge of UK property safety and environmental legislation Experience reviewing RAMS, permits to work and contractor competency assessments Proven experience carrying out accident and incident investigations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable building relationships with managers and frontline teams across multiple sites Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to influence positive change Experience supporting a dispersed frontline workforce would be highly advantageous Previous experience delivering site-based safety clinics is desirable Similar industry experience would be beneficial Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required What's on Offer Competitive salary circa £58,000 plus excellent benefits Hybrid working Enhanced pension scheme Life assurance Enhanced family-friendly benefits Employee wellbeing support, including Virtual GP and Employee Assistance Programme Retail and leisure discounts Opportunity to work across a varied and complex property portfolio Additional Information This is a predominantly field-based role Expect to be on-site up to four days per week, engaging directly with operational teams and stakeholders Regular travel across Surrey and South London is required Occasional overnight stays may be necessary The essential qualifications and experience listed above are non-negotiable requirements for this position If this position is of interest to you, please apply directly or feel free to contact me on /
