And as a People Science Graduate, you’ll be at the centre of it all. You’ll bring your genuine curiosity and analytical rigour to improve our ways of working, ultimately delivering better workplaces, better decisions and better outcomes. Alongside developing strong analytical expertise, you’ll build the confidence to work with and influence a diverse range of stakeholders, translating complex insights into clear, compelling recommendations that drive action.

Throughout this two-year scheme, you’ll rotate across a range of areas within People & Places – from data and experimentation to product design, strategy and people partnering.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have developed skills that’ll stay relevant throughout your career. These include:
