• Demonstrated interest in customer service, administration, business operations, information technology, or operational support, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Enthusiasm for providing excellent service and support to internal and external stakeholders, with a willingness to learn and assist with operational processes, access requests and day-to-day business activities
• Interest in working with data, reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI, and business processes, with the ability to identify issues, spot trends, and contribute ideas for process improvements
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and support effective resolution
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
  
  Effective communication skills, with fluency in English, both spoken and written, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Finance, Product Management, Client Service, Technology and Risk teams
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while demonstrating initiative and accountability for assigned work
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Ability to work during program dates:

Support Insurance Operations by delivering operational excellence, maintaining data integrity, and helping improve client fulfilment and business processes.

• Support the fulfilment and delivery of Insurance products and services through the accurate processing of client requests, access provisioning and operational workflows
• Maintain accurate client entitlement, transaction and delivery records to support operational effectiveness, audit requirements and data integrity
• Assist with monitoring operational work queues, sales orders and delivery requests to help ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Respond to internal and external stakeholder queries related to product access, user management and operational support, escalating issues where appropriate
• Collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Client Service, Finance, Product Management, Technology and Risk teams to support client delivery and business objectives
• Analyse operational reports and data to identify quality issues, process exceptions, trends and opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes, supporting automation projects and helping to simplify operational activities
