You’ll lead the technical development, quality, and continuous improvement of EEUK’s Water Hygiene service offering, ensuring our work consistently meets the highest standards of compliance, safety, and client delivery.

This is a senior technical leadership role where you’ll develop capability across the team through coaching, mentoring, and structured training, helping to build a consistent, high-performing Water Hygiene function.

You’ll oversee quality assurance, technical governance, and service delivery standards across the division, including reviewing work completed by consultants, associates, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with company procedures and industry requirements.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you’ll support the development of monitoring strategies, service specifications, quotations, and technical solutions that are efficient, practical, and commercially sound.

You’ll also play a key role in maintaining and developing LCA membership, supporting audits, driving process improvements, and identifying opportunities to innovate and expand our Water Hygiene service range.

You’ll be an experienced Water Hygiene professional with strong technical credibility and a background in consultancy or field-based delivery. You’ll be confident leading others, improving standards, and ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery.

• Strong communication and IT skills
• You hold (or are working towards) relevant qualifications (P901, P903, P904 or equivalent)
• You are a member of a recognised professional body (e.g. Water Management Society or BOHS)
• You hold a UK driving licence
• You care about quality, detail, and doing things the right way
