Product Manager

The Position Our roster has an opening with your name on itWe're looking for a Product Manager to join our Acquisitions & Onboarding team, a domain that touches every customer who plays on Fan Duel. You'll work closely with engineering and design to bring initiatives from scoping through delivery, while also contributing to the bigger questions of what we build and why — assessing opportunities, shaping priorities, and utilizing using data to inform decisions.

The Product Manager ensures successful product performance through market analysis, a deep understanding of customer needs, data analysis and reporting. Initiatives will be a mix of back-end and front-end work, with a focus on data recommendations, cutting edge technology and ease of use. There is a great opportunity to work across a range of expert teams to achieve your  addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company.

Work within a collaborative environment, liaising closely with an extensive list of stakeholders including engineering, marketing, commercial, design & product analytics

Contribute to product discovery and prioritization, helping assess opportunities and shape the roadmap alongside your team Build and maintain relationships across engineering, design, data, operations, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and remove blockers

Track product performance and use data to identify what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it Develop expertise in the onboarding domain and stay curious about how our product, customers, and landscape evolve

Be responsible for eliciting requirements, in the form of user stories & acceptance criteria, prioritizing the product backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components

Establish and maintain domain expertise including complex process flows and legal and regulatory requirements for our industry.

Drive through effective and sustainable change and guide the business through the journey.

Play an integral role in a self-organizing agile delivery team, ensuring solutions adhere to state regulations for our products while serving the needs of each of our products (Sports book, Fantasy Sports, Predicts, Racing, and Casino).Understand and communicate the problem whilst putting the customers experience of the product first.

What We’re Looking For What we’re looking for in our next teammate

Bachelor’s degree preferred2+ years in a product management or product-adjacent role; prior PM title not required

Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data quickly to inform the right decisions

Experience working with engineering and/or design teams, even in a supporting capacity

Naturally resourceful — you ask questions, seek out the right people, and find a path forward even when the answer isn't obvious

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to make sense of data and present your thinking clearly across different audiences

Comfortable managing priorities and working through ambiguity
