About the Team The payroll team owns product strategy for how customers set up and run payroll across Deel's platform. We're not building from scratch—we're expanding into new markets and deepening existing ones, solving the challenge of making localized payroll work  customers range from startups running their first payroll to enterprises managing payroll across dozens of jurisdictions. You'll collaborate with strong technical leadership, compliance experts, and engineering teams in an environment where speed and judgment compound rapidly.

Summary As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Ireland payroll. We're at version 0.5—product built, market testing underway—and you'll be the person shaping what comes next. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and go-to-market partners to expand capabilities and solve real customer problems. You'll balance strategic vision with pragmatic execution in a high-velocity environment where you make decisions with incomplete information and course-correct as you learn.
