Quantify the financial impact of proposed solutions by defining relevant KPIs, estimating cost savings, revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiencies, and building business cases.
Conduct discovery sessions and value workshops with business and technology stakeholders to understand pain points, align on business priorities, and define value realization opportunities.
Work closely with solution architects, and implementation teams to map proposed solutions to business problems and demonstrate how technology capabilities can address KH-specific challenges.
Utilise existing value realization frameworks, define baseline and target KPIs, track business outcomes, and work with stakeholders to validate realized benefits against the original business case.
Key expectation:
The VE should bridge the gap between business strategy and technology solutions, ensuring that proposed initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes for the KH.
