B2B Credit Control & Accounts Receivable Specialist

We’re looking for a B2B Credit Control & AR Specialist to join our Finance team and own the order-to-cash cycle for Yoto's fast-growing B2B channel - managing credit risk, accounts receivable, chargeback management and retailer reconciliations across our major US and international retail partners.

Yoto is a screen-free interactive audio platform for kids. We make carefully connected audio players that kids control, with no microphones, cameras or ads. We have a catalogue of audio that inspires creative play and learning with 1,000+ titles in our card store from top creators, publishers and labels - think Disney, Marvel, Roald Dahl and Universal Music. Our Finance team supports a global consumer business across hardware, content, subscriptions and royalties, helping make sure Yoto can keep bringing screen-free play to more families. We’re redesigning our finance processes for an AI-enabled world: we review and simplify each process first, then automate it, so systems handle the processing and our people focus on judgement. To support this we have a Finance Operating Manifesto, a transformation roadmap of 100+ initiatives, a dedicated Platform Integrations team to partner with, and AI tools already in use across the team.

This role builds the B2B receivables foundations, including credit policy, deduction recovery and live AR reporting, that this work relies on.

• Own the full B2B order-to-cash cycle across all retail partners (Walmart, Nordstrom, Sam's Club, Bloomingdale's, Indigo, and others) - invoicing, cash allocation, aging, remittance reconciliation, and monthly AR reporting including balance management and deduction recovery.

• Build and run Yoto's chargeback and deduction management function - filing disputes within retailer windows via vendor portals, establishing approval processes, and producing monthly deduction reports.

• Design and embed the credit governance framework - credit applications, credit limit setting and approval matrix, NS credit hold workflows, and a documented audit trail.

• Manage new retail partner onboarding end-to-end with growth and operations teams - Net Suite customer setup, credit limit setting, resale exemption certificate collection, and integration into the commercial onboarding process.

• Own the Shopify to Net Suite month-end reconciliation, working alongside our Workflow Engineer to progressively reduce manual effort as automation matures.

• Lead an internal project to give Sales Ops live B2B AR visibility - owning business requirements and delivery with ITBS and the data team, so Finance becomes an enabler rather than a gatekeeper.
