We are seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in supporting executive leadership, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing operational effectiveness across a dynamic sales and distribution function.

• Drive the execution of business priorities, ensuring strategic initiatives, projects, and key decisions are implemented successfully.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing insights, recommendations, and constructive challenge to support informed decision-making.
• Lead performance tracking, business reporting, and management presentations, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate governance activities, monitor compliance requirements, and ensure effective follow-up on key actions and commitments.
• Establish and manage leadership team operating rhythms, supporting planning, accountability, and overall organizational effectiveness.
• Develop executive-level communications and foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

• Proven experience in business management, strategy, consulting, executive support, or a similar leadership-focused role.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and achieve results through collaboration and relationship-building.
• Experience working within regulated environments and overseeing governance-related activities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of leading complex transformation, change management, or strategic delivery programs.
