Residential Childcare worker roles are available in Edinburgh up to £18 per hour. Choose your own schedule, and work as often as you like based on your availability! Part‑time and full‑time hours are available by booking your own shifts through our app and catching up with your own dedicated consultant. Work at the same service or try out lots of different ones!

• Implement behavioural management techniques and promote positive social skills.
• Maintain records of the children progress and behaviour.
• Advocate for the children needs and rights.
• Organise activities to promote socialisation.
• Ensure a safe and clean residential environment.

• Have previous 6 months prior experience in the UK working in a residential setting with young people aged below 16 years
• Have flexibility in the roles undertaken
• Have strong communication skills
• Register under the PVG scheme
• Full driving licence(Required)
• Obtained, or working towards SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent desirable
